1. Acceptance of terms

By purchasing any Baires Host service, you accept these terms of service in their entirety. If you disagree with any clause, you should not use our services.

2. Service description

Baires Host provides cloud infrastructure services including Cloud VPS, Bare Metal servers and Game Servers. Resources, specifications and pricing for each plan are detailed on our website and client area.

3. Registration and account

To purchase services you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Billing and payments

Services are billed according to the chosen cycle (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual). Payment must be made before the due date to keep the service active. Prices may be updated with 30 days prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

Services must be used legally and ethically. Prohibited activities include: distributing malware, attacking third parties, hosting illegal content, sending spam, unauthorized cryptocurrency mining, or any activity affecting network stability.

6. Suspension and termination

Baires Host may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, acceptable use violations or legal requirements. In case of suspension for non-payment, data is retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.

7. Limitation of liability

Baires Host is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months. We recommend maintaining external backups of critical data.

8. Backups and data

While we offer automatic backups on certain plans, the client is ultimately responsible for their data. We recommend maintaining independent backup copies of all critical information.

9. Technical support

We provide 24/7 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents. Support does not include client application administration, software development or third-party application configuration.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days prior notice. Changes will be communicated by email and published on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
