Tour of the main sections of the client area: services, billing, support and configuration.


Overview

The Baires Host client area (billing.baires.host) is your central hub for managing all services, billing, and support. This guide walks you through each section.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your landing page after login. It shows:

  • Active services - Quick overview of all your servers and plans
  • Recent invoices - Pending and paid invoices
  • Open tickets - Support tickets awaiting response
  • Announcements - Platform news, maintenance notices, and updates
  • Quick actions - Shortcuts to common tasks

Services section

My Services

View and manage all your active services:

  • Cloud VPS - Access VPS management panel, view IP, reboot, reinstall OS
  • Bare Metal - IPMI access, network config, hardware details
  • Game Servers - Pterodactyl panel access, server console, file manager
  • Web Hosting - cPanel access, domain management
  • Discord Bots - Bot panel access, resource usage

For each service you can:

  • View resource usage (CPU, RAM, bandwidth)
  • Access the management panel
  • Request upgrades or downgrades
  • View and manage backups
  • Check network information (IPs, reverse DNS)
  • Cancel or request cancellation

Billing section

Invoices

  • View all invoices (paid, unpaid, overdue)
  • Download PDF invoices for accounting
  • Pay pending invoices

Payment Methods

  • Add or remove credit cards
  • Set default payment method
  • View payment history

Add Funds

  • Pre-load account balance
  • Useful for automatic renewals
  • Supports all payment methods

Support section

Open Ticket

  • Create new support requests
  • Choose department (Technical, Billing, Sales, Network)
  • Attach files and screenshots

My Tickets

  • View all open and closed tickets
  • Reply to existing tickets
  • Check response status

Domains section

  • Register new domains

  2. Generate an API key
  3. Use the API to manage services programmatically
